  • Face to face or Teams call to thoroughly understand the role and the team dynamic
  • First contact call to assess the candidate skill and motivators and if needed, issue 3 modules to be completed prior to next stage interview
  • Full competency-based interview including role play, either face to face or via teams
  • Full profile and completed interview answers sent to you to help in making more informed decisions
